        BS Sauce
Whiskey Dan's BS Shrimp!
A tasty treat for sure!

20 to 25 Shrimp
1 pack of Bacon
Jar of Horseradish
BS Sauce
6" Skewers - Metal or Bamboo



  1. Blanch bacon (partially cook) - about halfway to done
  2. Cut bacon into 4" long pieces
  3. Paste a liberal amount of Horseradish onto each piece of bacon
  4. Wrap each Shrimp with a piece of Horseradish covered Bacon
  5. Place wrapped Shrimp on a Skewer with Shrimp in the shape of a C
  6. Make each Skewer an individual serving
  7. Place on pre heated grill and cover with BS Sauce (brush or spoon on the BS Sauce)
  8. Cook until Bacon is crispy
  9. BE Sure to TURN skewers OFTEN


  Add the veggies of your choice to the skewers
