BS Sauce Sloppy Joe's!

1 LB - Neese's Country Sausage
1 - Medium Onion, Chopped
1 Tbsp - Garlic, Minced
  - Green Pepper, Diced Small
1 Tbsp - Chili Powder
1 Can - Petite Diced Tomatoes (14.5 OZ)
Cup - BS Sauce



  1. In a large frying pan, cook Neese's Sausage with green pepper, onion and garlic until sausage is done.
  2. Drain excess liquids and then add chili powder. Stir until well coated.
  3. Add diced tomatoes and BS Sauce stirring well and simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Serve on buns as sandwich or as open faced on toasted French Bread. (4-8 servings)


  To add attitude use Neese's Hot Country Sausage
To kick the flavor, add fresh ground black pepper to sandwich before serving.
If you like cheese, I suggest fine shredded Mexican blend or Italian blend added as you are ready to serve.
