        BS Sauce
Old Mill of Guilford
Corn Bread
BS Style

2 cups - Old Mill of Guilford (SELF-RISING) Corn Mill
2 - Eggs
1/4 cup - BS Sauce
1 & 1/4 cup - Milk


  1. Grease a baking dish or cast iron skillet and place in oven
  2. Pre-heat oven to 425
  3. In a small bowl beat the two eggs until smooth
  4. In a large bowl place the two cups of Old Mill of Guilford (SELF-RISING) Corn Mill
  5. To the large bowl add the eggs, BS Sauce and milk - Mix until smooth
  6. When oven reaches 425 remove pan (PAN IS VERY HOT use oven mitts) and pour the corn mill mix into pan
  7. Return pan to oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes
  8. Remove from oven when done and let rest for 10 minutes
  9. Remove Corn Bread from pan and serve
