        BS Sauce
BS Spaghetti Squash!
An awesome dish for vegetarians and meat eaters alike.

Ingredients are for 1 squash ... increase it proportionally for each additional squash.  Cook time remains the same.


1 Spaghetti Squash
1/2 cup BS original Cooking Sauce
1/4 cup BS Marinade
1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 cup Asiago Cheese



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut Spaghetti Squash in half (stem to tail)
  3. Remove all the seeds from the squash
  4. Pour 1/4 cup BS Marinade and 1/4 cup water to pan into baking dish
  5. Place squash half's in backing dish cut side down
  6. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes
  7. When done remove squash from oven and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes
  8. Remove the spaghetti squash from the skin and place in skillet (Squash is HOT)
  9. Add BS Original Cooking Sauce, Marinara Sauce and salt into a small sauce pan
  10. Mix together and warm (stir as it heats)
  11. Pour sauce over spaghetti squash
  12. Add in Asiago Cheese - Mix well
  13. Serve on a plate or in a bowl


  Serve over a grilled portabella mushroom marinated in BS Marinade
