  BS Sauce Recipe - Printed on  
        BS Sauce
BS Potato Salad!
So good everyone eats seconds!

1 1/4 cup - BS Carolina Vinaigrette
4 lb. - Red Potatoes
1/3 cup - Shallots (Finely Chopped)
1/3 cup - Celery (Chopped small)
2 Tbsp - BS Original Mustard
1 tsp - Sea Salt
1 tbsp - Thyme
Ground Pepper - To taste



  1. Cut Red Potatoes into bit size pieces
  2. In a 5 to 6 quart pot add potatoes and cover with water by 2 inches
  3. Bring to a boil and then simmer, uncovered, until just tinder (20 to 25 minutes)
  4. When done pour into a colander and let cool
  5. WHILE POTATOES ARE COOKING ... Mix the 1 1/4 cup BS Vinaigrette and BS Mustard
  6. When potatoes are cool enough to handle place them into a bowel
  7. Pour the BS Vinaigrette and BS Mustard mixture over potatoes and gently stir mixture - (use a rubber spatula)
  8. Add in the Shallots and Celery and continue to gently stir mixture
  9. Salt and Pepper to taste ... Chill (30 minutes or longer) and serve


  Add bacon bits for extra flavor
