        BS Sauce
Chicken Wraps!
This one is a double wow in flavors!

4 - Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast
1/2 cup - BS Marinade
1/2 cup - BS Country Ranch Dressing
1 - 8 oz block of cream cheese (regular or low fat)
1 - 14.5 oz can corn (Drained)
1 - 14.5 oz can black beans (Drained and washed)
2 - Medium size Tomatoes (peeled & chopped) - (option - use a 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes - drained)
1 - Medium size red onion - (peeled, sliced, cut in half and separated into pieces) 
4 - 10 Inch Tortillas



  1. Cut the Chicken Breast into long strips
  2. In a large skillet (low/medium heat) add the BS Marinade and stir fry the Chicken Strips until done and no longer pink on inside
  3. Remove cooked chicken from skillet and set aside to cool
  4. In a medium size bowl add BS Country Ranch and Cream Cheese
  5. Using an electric hand mixer blend the BS Country Ranch and Cream Cheese until smooth and creamy
  6. Add in the Corn and Black Beans and mix well
  7. Place a tortilla on a piece of wax paper and place 1/4 of the ranch cheese mixture down the center of the tortilla.
  8. Down one side of the pile of ranch cheese mixture add the chopped tomato and onion pieces
  9. Down the other side of the mixture place chicken strips end to end to cover length of wrap
  10. Smooth a small amount of ranch cheese mix over tortilla shell to make a glue to secure when rolling
  11. Fold over the back flap and then roll the Tortilla tightly from the bottom to the top, keeping the ingredients firmly packed as you go. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve.
  Add shredded cheddar cheese to each wrap
