  BS Sauce Recipe - Printed on  
        BS Sauce
BS Mac-n-Cheese!
Make it as a stand alone or as a side dish!

2 cups - elbow macaroni
1/4 cup - BS Country Ranch Dressing
2 cups - Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cups - Whole or 2% Milk
3 tbsp - Butter
1/4 cup - Chopped Onion
2 Tbsp - Flour



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the pastas to desired doneness
  3. Drain the pasta and transfer to a large bowl ... set aside.
  4. In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat melt the butter
  5. Add the onions and saute them in the butter for about 5 minutes, or until tender.
  6. Stir in the flour
  7. Gradually add the milk and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Remove from heat.
  8. Add the BS Country Ranch Dressing and 1 1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese
  9. Stir until the cheese melts.
  10. Combine the cheese sauce with the cooked shells ... Mix well
  11. Place in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and top with the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
  12. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese begins to turn golden brown.
