Marinating Guidelines
 
Shrimp = 15 to 20 minutes Scallops = 5 minutes Salmon = 30 minutes Mahi-Mahi = 30 to 60 min
White Fish = 15 to 20 min Tuna = 30 to 45 minutes Crab = 10 to 15 minutes Pork = 2 to 4 hours
Chicken = 2 to 4 hours Beef = 2 to 4 hours Duck = 2 to 4 hours Lamb = 2 to 4 hours
Tofu = 30 min to 8 hours Venison = 2 to 8 hours Veggies = 2 to 4 hours  
 
     
  Rule of thumb - 1/3 cup of marinade per pound of meat  
  Always Refrigerate while marinating  
  Do not marinate in a metal container  
  Marinate times vary on cut, size & type
